Instead of returning it as I was supposed to
The item I received was not the item in the picture. Mine had a round part of the stem (can't think of a name right now - NOT a downconverter) a few inches from the mini-USB. That means it must have been hanging from my pillar. Instead of returning it like I should have, I tried cutting, splicing and soldering longer wires. This worked fine except now I'm getting interference with my rear camera rendering it unusable. To be honest, I ignored the warning in the instructions not to cut shielded cables. I did this because I was short on time and didn't want to wait to return the item and get the one in the picture. So what do I have on it and why can't I return the thing. Attention buyers.
