I wash my hands ALWAYS. It got to the point where the skin on my knuckles and the top of my wrist was cracking and swelling from being so cracked and irritated. Even applying hand cream alone caused a sting on my skin. So I needed something that would revitalize my skin and not just moisturize it so I bought this mini kit as a trial run. I like it! Hand therapy alone is wonderful! I thought he was already pinching dry patches, but that didn't happen! It really restores your skin and lasts after multiple washes. I will buy a larger 60 second set after I'm done with that. This is exactly what I was looking for. I can use it in the morning and it lasts all day. The smell is incredible. Reminds me of a summer breeze by the sea. It has an oceanic aroma, soft and delicate but almost devoid of floral aromas. I recommend this in winter or even summer when your hands need therapy but you can't get to a nail salon. It's just wonderful.
