Review on 🫖 BELLA 1.5L Electric Ceramic Tea Kettle - Boil Dry Protection, Detachable Swivel Base, Silver Foil by Dustin Wheeler

Don't worry - I bought this kettle 6 months ago. Now cooks almost 7 minutes. Today I wanted to put the lid back on and the handle came off the lid. I bought a warranty from Assurion when I bought it through Revain so I called them they said the manufacturers warranty had 1 year left so I called Bella they said they were out of caps and I should call them in about 4 weeks. .and in the meantime I can't take the lid off the kettle to fill it!. What is the attitude towards customers? I asked if the fact that they don't have lids might indicate this is a manufacturing defect, which they didn't answer. I asked for a brand new kettle as I didn't want to wait 4 weeks and they said no, absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Save money, buy from another brand.
