When I first picked up this order from my dark, rainy porch and brought it in the house I was worried that the "safety green" I ordered was really just yellow. But when I took it outside next day, even on a cloudy day, the UVs soon had it illuminated to an almost blinding brightness. It is well built, cozy and absolutely will stop traffic dead! I can't believe I got this thing for under $20! (Actually I'm glad I got two!) 😁😁
