I was really sold on the fact that this item is reusable. Over $100 just for HVAC contractors just popping up, it's a lot more cost effective to keep split system mini air conditioners clean and running at peak efficiency. It is very easy to use and does what is expected of it. Keep the wall dry and collect drains with no problem. If I had to complain about a product, it would be a tube made out of very cheap plastic that doesn't stretch at all. I used duct tape and taped it to the inside wall of the bucket to make sure it doesn't fall out at the worst possible moment. I am very happy with this purchase and no longer rely on the local air conditioning service to service my system. Watch a few YouTube videos on cleaning mini split systems and you'll be a pro after the first cleaning.
