I recently had a problem with my 120-180 gallon Hygger aquarium heater. I bought it 3 months ago and in about the last week it stopped working and showing an error code. I've been trying for 2 days to get it working again but to no avail. I wrote to the company to let them know what happened. The company (USGAMOB) responded very quickly and asked for a photo or video of the broken heater. So I sent a video and they replied the same day that they would send me a replacement. I just got a replacement two days ago and it works even better than the first one. I am so grateful to this company for their excellent customer service. They went higher and further. I will definitely be using them for any aquarium needs in the future!
