Quiet volume, on and off.

I have been using this headset for two days now. It turns on and off during a call, has low volume, and the other party may have difficulty hearing it. Also picks up background noise instead of a noise-cancelling microphone. I recorded myself and it sounds like an echo in conversation. California, USA 02/16/2021
