I love this wrist rest. I have carpal tunnel syndrome and rheumatoid arthritis. When I'm swollen from RA it puts more pressure on my wrist and is very painful. While wearing a stiff brace all day is necessary, it ends up hurting in other ways after being so tight all day. Wearing it in the evening is like putting on a cloud bandage. It still has a metal hoop but more padding, and palm padding increases stability without being stiff. The only thing I don't like is that it's difficult to put on properly. Maybe it's new so it's a little stiff. It takes a few times to adjust the velcro to be tight enough.
