Not bad for an emergency kit

This product is sure to make a great addition to an earthquake emergency kit. It has three radio frequencies AM, FM and W so you can listen to any channel. Note that the site is very large when trying to tune in. If you're in a bad position, you might not get all the channels you need. The beauty of this is that when you actually tune into a station, a green light will appear with the word "tuned" telling you to stop. You can use the handle to charge, but for best results I would recommend using a micro USB cable to charge on the wall. It gets around 75% battery so be aware. Another thing I would like to say is that the product has a solar panel on top. I've tried keeping this in the sun but I wouldn't rely on it too much to fully charge your device. I left it in direct sunlight for most of the day and it just got very hot, which I don't recommend. The setup seems fine and the switches. SOS only works if you press and hold the button. It seems to me that this is a safety feature so that you don't accidentally press the button and the sound just disappears. The sound quality is actually very good for this product. It's not a great sound system, but you can listen to music and it'll sound pretty clear. There was definitely an SOS signal that could be heard from afar. I'd say it can charge your phone in an emergency, but you'll only get one charge and most likely won't be able to use any other functions after that. The light is ok, I wouldn't say it's the best light, but it does the job. Overall this is a great product and I would recommend it to people looking for an addition to their emergency kit.
