The quality and design of the stand are very good. The packaging is well designed for protection during transit. Easy construction? Very basic except that the laptop stand came with no screws or tools as stated in the product description. An email was immediately sent to the carrier that the installation equipment was missing. No Answer. Assembly required a visit to the hardware store for 4m screws. Inconvenient for about an hour to remove the hardware and assemble the laptop stand. Result? High quality "laptop stand" design but poor customer service and no quality assurance program to ensure everything is done as described 5 to 3 stars.
