As for the Steelseries Apex Pro, it's not junk, I prefer the Apex Pro Hunter once I get new keycaps. Analog switches feel very different. The software runs stable, no problems. I've been using it as a daily driver for a while and I think it's a great keyboard. These keyboards seem to generate a lot of hate from fans. Now only if it comes in Mercury White like some other Razer products.
