Not sure why this hasn't been rated yet. I only received it today, but so far I am satisfied. No it doesn't adjust the height but there are height options to choose from and if you have any idea what height you need I don't know if it needs to be adjustable. I have the highest version of this kickstand - Pro+. I also checked out the Roost stand but I think it's overpriced at $75. It looks cheap and I don't like black plastic or black items in general and will always go for a lighter color since my setup is light. I actually emailed the company to see if they would offer other colors like white or silver in the future and they said no. So I couldn't bring myself to pay so much money for something that I found ugly and didn't like the color. If I pay that premium I should have a choice of colors and be able to buy the ones I like! There's a reason iPhones and Macs come in different colors, and they've come in different colors for years — because people have different tastes, and people like to have choices. So I looked around again and saw if Rain had a portable stand as I already use and love their regular MacBook stand. And I'm glad I found this, and I'm glad I have a stand that fits my silver MacBook. Check out the weight specs, it's comparable and just as easy to travel with. I have a more stationary swiveling rain stand that I love, but wanted something more portable for traveling or working elsewhere.
