UPDATE: OK, justice is fair and stupid is stupid. My rating was NOT fair and I am stupid. My previous review was based solely on gross ignorance on my part. While it's true that the product dries like a rock, I assumed it would be easy to remove with a cloth or paper towel, which it is, BUT I didn't pay attention to the word RINSE. Once you wet the cured product, it will be much easier to peel off. They have yet to work it out, but in a way that is perfectly acceptable. The result is a very, very clean windshield. My apologies to Rain-X for not following the instructions and writing an unfair review. The product will definitely make your glass or plastic look clean and shiny BUT it costs money. Definitely do not wipe with a soft cloth unless you are willing to devote the rest of your life to this task. The product dries very quickly and is therefore difficult to remove. I just spent about 30 minutes removing a few square inches from my windshield. Thank you, it's a long weekend and today is Saturday. I absolutely recommend some kind of power tool or a fair amount of time to get the job done.
