Useful for the embarrassing problem of cleaning the inside of modern car windows. The handle itself doesn't work. But the cleaning is not finished yet. Maybe I didn't find a suitable liquid. I wonder if the fabric cover isn't perfect?

Leaves a lot of streaks on the windshield. The stick should be extendable, but not long enough to easily reach the passenger side. It also doesn't stay stretched with a little pressure. I wouldn't buy back.

When I opened the package I was surprised how short the telescopic tube was. I've used it on my windshield and left a lot of streaks even when using 3M High Quality Auto Glass Spray. It really helped clean the inside of my car's windshield, but I'm not overly impressed with it! Maybe there are better products.

This stick disappoints. The construction was good but the cleaning caps are very flimsy so they don't absorb much and get saturated quickly. This leaves a lot of cleaner on the windshield that I had to wipe off with a paper towel. Also, the rod head is a 4" x 5" piece of plastic so it doesn't fit into the windshield curve. A thicker padding would have earned this item 5 stars. I can only give 2 stars and recommend looking elsewhere

I finally have a way to reach the entire windshield to keep it clean. I drive a Toyota iM with a deep dashboard and windshield that I've never been able to fully clean. I can now easily reach (and clean) my windshield with Luminous Group's retractable windshield cleaner. I love that there are two covers in case one gets dirty and is waiting to be washed. The telescoping handle extends easily, stays locked in the extended position, and then retracts easily. All this at a fair price. Good job…

In theory, this product is excellent for cleaning car windows, especially the inside of the windshield. It can reach the lowest edge of the windshield, which is difficult to reach by hand. However, the product failed on several levels. First, the microfiber cloth is flimsy and there are no pads underneath for proper cleaning. rag is used. I have to say I was a little skeptical that this thing would work but I am so glad I gave it a try! It works exactly as described to clean the windshield and rear window in my SUV which is a lot easier. I got it but no matter how I tried the results were poor. First I tried a window cleaning solution but it didn't work very well; There were still stains on the window. I swapped out the microfiber hood for the second one in the kit and tried the windows again (yes, they were pre-dried) with no window cleaning solution.
