Great idea but terrible product

In theory, this product is excellent for cleaning car windows, especially the inside of the windshield. It can reach the lowest edge of the windshield, which is difficult to reach by hand. However, the product failed on several levels. First, the microfiber cloth is flimsy and there are no pads underneath for proper cleaning. rag is used. Third, when cleaning windows, the handle folds together very easily and very often. Rather than paying around $8, it's better to use a hand-held microfiber cloth.
