It took some time but I finally decided to try this window cleaning tool. and the idea of an extension for cleaning the inside of the windshield is good. The problem, however, is that the bracket at the end that holds the cleaning pad is flat and made out of hard plastic. Other than this one, how many windshields on old school buses are completely flat? I definitely don't, and the flat surface of the pod holder doesn't make good contact with the surface of the pod. Therefore, contact occurs mainly at the outer edges of the site. If it were made of hard rubber that flexed a bit, it would conform to the curves of the windshield. I'll look for a piece of foam or fleece or some kind of sponge material to attach to the pod holder so the pad improves contact, but I didn't purchase this product to modify it.
