NOT waterproof in my opinion
Looks quality, soft and warm for moderate winters and I like that they are lined without being too bulky. However, to say they are waterproof is a lie! I just picked up my girl from forest camp and she got wet! It hasn't rained or snowed but she likes to play in the mud so I wanted pants that would keep her warm and dry. nope She got wet down to her underwear! Really upset about that. I was hoping to buy a few more pairs but now I need to keep looking for something truly waterproof.
