As I have Prime I should have my items in 2 days. But when the courier leaves my packages behind my neighbor's screen door (completely different address), I don't get them until a few days later. For some reason, Revain has removed the ability for buyers to comment on how satisfied they are with their items being received on time at the correct address (unless it's in a hidden location, so I'll start meaning that section add ratings). detailed instructions (approx. 2 lines) on how to find my apartment. I'm on the side of the building. That's all. The building has 2 sides. If one side is not my address, the other side must be. You'd think it would be common sense, but instead they leave my packages at a different address or in front of the building behind my neighbor's screen door (her apartment number is completely different from mine, and the numbers are on the door). Revain must instruct its drivers to drop off packages at the correct address. This happens every week when I place an order. I never get orders on time. zero stars. *** Now to the product. *** Okay, you can look at the pictures while you read this. In the first photo I show that the hook is perfect for earrings and in the second you can see that there is some curvature in the design. I was looking for something different for my pearl earrings but as you can see in photo 3 I made a flat earring well the cabochon is flat and it worked with these earrings but because the hook is designed that way when wearing earrings, they slope slightly forward and don't sit tight on the earlobe, even with a small rubber backing. See last photo #5. I recommend these hooks for ears but not for insignia earrings. Would have given 5 stars but delivery.
