Review on eZclub.NET by Elder Unogu

I like how easy it was setup once we had all of my information entered into system - this has been an issue in other systems out there before as well but not here at least so far!! It took me about 30 minutes total just getting everything setup correctly which i thought would have taken longer than what its actually done now. Customer service could use some work because sometimes they seem rushed or something when you call them back after waiting hours only receive generic responses instead if specific answers given previously suchas asking questions regarding billing ect...but customer support staff are very helpful tho overall good experience using Ezy club software. !! We were looking forward working wtih another gym management solution until then came across Ez Club Software & immediately fell In love. ! Easy interface / navigation makes training new members easier too since no one else understands your program fully yet thus having someone who knows helps keep everyone organized.
