Exactly as pictured and a wonderful way to celebrate the life of a loved one who has passed away.

We put lightbulbs in these balloons, filled them with helium and released them into the starry sky to complete the fundraiser in memory of my beloved sister. It was such a spiritual experience to watch these balloons rise through the sky and flash all the colors of the rainbow. Everyone thought it was the perfect end to a wonderful evening honoring my sister. It was also very important to me that the balloons are biodegradable.
