I like that it helps with internal communication between departments - this includes finance as well! It's one place to look at all of our different customer interactions so we can easily see what issues are being faced by each department without having multiple people talking about their own specific customers or problems they're facing individually (which happens sometimes). We also use eChomail internally which has similar features but there isn't an option where you could send out reminders/reminders from within your inbox when someone replies back in chat instead if emailing them directly through outlook etc., though these will be available soon i'm told? Other than those two things nothing really stands outs here because everything else seems pretty good too :) As far as other benefits go; not much more then just saving time overall since its quicker & easier now rather typing up emails manually vs using chats / emais would make my.
