The ability to have access via web or mobile makes it so easy as we never had any issues managing our customers through chat! I like that they offer both free accounts with limits but also pay versions if you want more features/data usage etc. It's difficult at first when there are multiple options out in front of them - just make sure your goals match theirs (for example what products do they sell). I like that it's easy to create multiple chat rooms (groups) within one account so we can have different types of conversations going at once without having separate accounts or users! It also makes scheduling easier because you don't need as many people in each room anymore - just add everyone who needs access when they join instead of creating individual groups with specific memberships throughout all time zones/countries etc..
