Great addition for any business who does B2B work

I like that it helps with internal communication between departments - this includes finance as well! It's one place to look at all of our different customer interactions so we can easily see what issues are being faced by each department without having multiple people talking about their own specific customers or problems they're facing individually (which happens sometimes). We also use eChomail internally which has similar features but there isn't an option where you could send out…

Great Customer Service With A Mobile First Mindset

The ability to have access via web or mobile makes it so easy as we never had any issues managing our customers through chat! I like that they offer both free accounts with limits but also pay versions if you want more features/data usage etc. It's difficult at first when there are multiple options out in front of them - just make sure your goals match theirs (for example what products do they sell). Great for internal team collaboration and message broadcasting

I like that it's easy to create multiple chat rooms (groups) within one account so we can have different types of conversations going at once without having separate accounts or users! It also makes scheduling easier because you don't need as many people in each room anymore - just add everyone who needs access when they join instead of creating individual groups with specific memberships throughout all time zones/countries etc..
