When you're done, it really works!
Wood Trick makes the best mechanical models in my opinion. The design is interesting, the details fit perfectly, the finish is superb; Hardly any burrs, smooth surface. I'm usually suspicious of spring motors as they tend to not work if parts are misaligned, but Wood Trick motors aren't overly complex with too many small gears, instead using a direct sequence of gears with powerful gears. The model was a pleasure to build and ran 20 feet effortlessly on her first run.
