This is my fourth bee antenna tip and I was glad to find it on sale. I got my 1st 1 at the county fair a few years ago. My poor bees have endured much suffering (hence the need for a replacement); hanging from my rose bush coming out of the garage, its appendages torn off by vandals in the parking lot, and I've been blown up in all weathers. Despite all the dangers, this is a strong bee that lives for several years at a time. The yellow bee makes my car easy to find in the parking lot and I love the distinctive look it gives my old car and reminds us how important bees are to all of us. I add an extra level of security to my bee by filling its mounting hole with silicone sealant to firmly attach it to the antenna so no one can just walk by and rip it off the antenna. When replacing, it is still easy to remove.
