I bought this product for 2 reasons. For morning coffee mixing and for the spiralizer attachment. The blades, grater and whisk seemed to do the job perfectly. However, the mixer attachment broke after 6 months. I used it once a day for about 1 minute to blend my coffee, as far as longevity goes, it stinks. It has now been 6 months since Revain has not changed the nozzle. So I had to email Chefman. It took them a few days to respond and it looks like I'll have to "jump through some hoops" to prove I bought it and it's broken, although I have some photos of the broken one sent part and instructions. However, I jumped through those hoops and provided the extra paperwork they needed. I've been waiting for an answer for about 10 days. Then another 4 days to get an email that they are shipping the part. Within an hour I received an additional email saying they had sent the wrong part and that I should send it back. I emailed them 10 days later to ask when they would ship a replacement. They replied a few days later, saying their records showed they had sent it too soon (when they had sent the wrong item). So I replied that they sent the wrong item and wanted to know when they would send the correct item. That was 5 days ago and I still haven't received a reply. Chefman's customer service is poor in my experience. And I can't imagine that brewing coffee in the morning could cause a part to fail, so the product itself leaves a lot to be desired.
