The ASUS Xonar DX sound card (on ebay) was immediately taken to these headphones. I was delighted with this bundle, but I immediately want to say that connecting to the front panel of a computer can be difficult due to certain electrical interference (not strong in this topic, I don’t know what it’s called correctly). If you, like me, wanted to connect your headphones to the front panel of your computer, during games (or a high load on the video card), a whistle will be clearly heard, which, judging by messages on specialized forums, is treated with magnets on wires.
There is not much difference between the sound card inside the GIGABYTE Z390 Aorus Master (built-in sound ALC1220-VB) and ASUS Xonar DX, although according to the test results it should be. Perhaps, if you have the same sound card in the motherboard, you should not buy a sound card in advance, perhaps you will be satisfied with the quality on the built-in card.
Many attribute the cable to the minuses of headphones, but I like it, it really allows, with proper dexterity, for example, to leave the room. Nowhere personally I have a wire earphone does not pull.
A year has passed since the purchase, I thought the ear pads would peel off, but no, there are no scratches on them yet, compared to a little dirt on the fabric inside the ear pads.

Pros

I took headphones for gatherings with friends in voice programs and for games. I decided to take cool headphones at least once, and I did not regret it. I have used gaming headsets before (quite expensive, up to twice the price of these headphones), but the sound quality cannot be compared. The last headphones I used before these were Roccat Kave XTD 5.1 Digital (with real 5.1), I was worried that it would be bad in games with determining the position of the enemy, but no, everything is fine in this regard. Cool headband that touches the head in two small places, because of which the hairstyle almost does not change (unlike my old headphones).

Cons

As soon as I put them on for the first time, they pressed insanely on my head, I even thought about taking them to the store, but decided to be patient for a while. The metal in the headband took shape over time and I no longer experience problems with pressure. Ears sweat in headphones. I used to use an open type of headphones, I didn’t experience such problems and thought that the problem did not apply to me. If the room is hot, it is very unpleasant, you have to remove them every 15-30 minutes for a few seconds in order to ventilate the ears and wipe the ear pads and the places they touch. Appearance from the side, subjectively, is not the best because of the "corners" protruding on the sides. I think I would not stream in such headphones, although this is very subjective, I don’t think that anyone else has such problems. Because of these same corners, it is impossible to lie on your side with headphones.
