Danger!: Small animals

Dangerous for small animals! Claims to be wood but looks and feels like plastic. My gerbil was gnawing through part of this house and got sick. Soft stools and lethargy. Even small screws are dangerous. I've used it without screws and it seemed safe at first, but my gerbil kept knocking off the roof when playing inside.
