This is a massive improvement over any mop in our house. It came together quickly and the learning curve was pretty easy to master. I have tried it in several areas and have had great success. The living room came out very clean. Wooden floors were perfect because they cleaned but didn't leave a thick layer of water so I wasn't worried about water being left on the floor. I love that it comes with multiple mop heads. Enough to toss one in the washing machine after every wipe, even daily. From my point of view this is a very positive thing. The bathroom couldn't collect all the fine hairs that were on the floor and in the corners. I've tried several times, but each time I've left a hard pile of hair. Not outstanding, but not amazing either. I also don't feel like it has the quality of a $60 mop. The included plastic ground protection ring is great, but I find it a bit light in terms of padding and stability. I don't think it will last long enough to justify the $60 price tag.
