Yes, I could probably return it. It was very easy to install and took less than 5 minutes to set up. It sealed perfectly and worked great for over 11 months and then started leaking. I pulled it out and looked at the seal. There were two large bubbles in the filling. When I installed them, they weren't there. So I took a utility knife to carefully slice the largest bubble about an inch long. Water squirted out. I'm not sure how water gets into this seal and causes it to bulge, especially when it's lying flat on the ground most of the time. Most likely, the filling inside broke, causing it to swell and then suck in water. Anyway, life is short and I will try another brand. Note. I have very hard water from a city well and also use the popular Clorox automatic toilet cleaner to keep the deposits at a level I can reasonably clean monthly. Maybe this toilet steamer isn't designed to work in such "demanding" conditions?
