Great support services plus good tooling

It gives me control over my emails, alerts & tasks management easily! I dont think they have any limitations but if you are concerned about it then contact their sales team because i didn't find anything which may irritate someone to work with them till yet! My time spendings as well productivity has reduced dramatically here due no interruptions from other clients or customers! They save me lottsa money (no travel cost). In less span we get so many calls that one person handling all would not suffice and this product fits perfectly like watertight seal for us. It was easy to use, very user friendly interface with great visual representation that made solving ticket problems easier than before (even from home).The team at oscom were extremely helpful & responsive throughout our trial period which gave us no reason not go ahead as planned! We solved many issues through their helpdesk system including some custom development work where they helped guide me along what we needed using various tools available.
