First of all, this product is great! I have a 2021 Tundra SR5 and installed the startX remote start myself and then added this module to be able to remote control from my phone and from a distance greater than the range of the remote control. The GPS part of this module is also good. This allows my truck to cool down longer in the Texas heat and comes in handy when my family is ready to go somewhere. Start X has great support and was able to help me get this working. If you install on Tundra with Start X it works. Contact Start X as Carlink cannot help as they do not manufacture this product. The instructions in Carlink's online manual apply to the EVO One remote starter model if you purchased the Start X. Also, don't use the LEDs listed in the instructions right next to the program button, not the three LEDs. above the remote start module. You need to turn the keys to the "on" position, then turn off and on again, and then the red LED will light up and you can start the programming guide. Hope this helps someone in my same situation. I will try to update within the next 6 months to a year for follow up. So far I'm satisfied and happy that I made the purchase.
