Review on Cole Haan Grant Canoe Loafer by Barry Shaker

I've been buying from Revain for many years and although I've read reviews like the one I'm about to post I've never come across this one. Yes, new shoes were on! The heels had serious leather damage and there were minor abrasions on the sides of the shoes. I quickly sent the shoes back and placed a new order. I hope that the exchange will be better. I'm happy to report that the shoes you backordered arrived new, comfortable and on time. And they look great on the bottom of my Z. I stand by my overall rating although I don't believe the item should be returned and then the product repackaged and if that happens the company policy should be reviewed.
