I was skeptical about the effectiveness of these things. Those are just cheese graters, right? Not right. Wow. My heels have been a problem for me since I was 20. I will never be able to get them as smooth and soft as the day I got my pedicure. When I go after them (at least once a month) I see lumps of dead skin being removed from my legs. Now I know I can use a moisturizer and that will help. BUT it makes my feet sweat, and I don't know about you, and then my hands, my armpits and my face get sweaty... You know. Soak your feet in a nice warm relaxing bath once a week, use a finer tool (you know, parmesan-like) and I get back the smoothness I feel after spending big bucks at the nail store.
