The packaging was questionable but quality is an important factor and they actually delivered. The quality is great, looks really good and is very durable. I was a little worried about the clear case as it might turn yellow, but I don't think it will be because of the nice combination of black. Exactly like the description, it's a transparent black and I think it was a great idea, looks really good and absolutely love it. Attaching the clock is easy, cleaning is simple and convenient. It's a bit bulky, like a giant G-Shock, but it's what I wanted and I hope you understand that before making a purchase. The only downside to this case is the bezel rotation issue. which I was hoping for, but I'm willing to use a case over the bezel for the looks. To be honest, many Samsung smartwatch bands are terrible, but this is a game changer. You don't have to worry about it getting wet (other than sticking to your skin like glue). In any case, highly recommended!
