This Snado LCD Display Charger for ARLO security cameras and accessories is very useful, and a great way to have extra batteries on hand. The device itself is a fat pancake shaped charger with a backlit screen that has two pictures of batteries with 4 bars, and a fast charging mode if you use your own QC2 or QC3 adapter for the plug end of the USB cord they provide. You can tell if you are in the fast charging mode, because the word "FAST" will light up on the display between the batteries. This Snado can charge two arlo batteries at once, and the four bars in the battery images on the display are stable and filled (not flashing in sequence) when the batteries are charged. This is very useful, because arlo does not provide a convenient way to charge their devices' batteries. I need to periodically take my cameras and lights inside (overnight, usually), just so I can plug them in, within their housings. I had originally purchased an extra battery, hoping to keep that filled up, but realized after buying it that it did not come with a charger either. I saw that arlo sold a separate charger, but it was very pricey, so I decided to just continue to be inconvenienced. I'm glad Snado, a 3rd party has come into the market to provide some competition in this arena. This device at $24.29 is less than 1/2 the cost presently of the official arlo charging station ($59 as of this writing), and works really well. It's great not to have to take a security device offline for hours to charge it up.
