Review on Project Monitor by Darrell Beecher

I love how easy it is to get work done through PM. It makes my life much easier in the office when i am at home or with out access to wifi. Also their customer support has been great! Nothing really but if any thing, I would highly recommend this product as its very useful and will save you time, money & effort. When managing multiple projects from different customers, it's nice knowing that i have one place where all information concerning tasks are stored and updated in realtime. The main problem we encountered was updating the status of task once they were assigned etc, which had me spend more time doing manual updates rather than focus on what needed to be accomplished. However, there seems to be some developments regarding this so hopefully things won't take long until everything is automated. There could also use improvements considering some aspects aren't available like assigning emails (to clients). Tracking progress towards goal by completing the Tasks within due dates/estimate deadlines helps us keep our jobs complete without missing vital deadline and meeting end client expectations. This allows us track everything efficiently so we know exactly whats happening as far as tasks progress. I like that it has so many features, its easy to use with multiple people in one place at once! It was really hard figuring out how everything worked when we first started using PMS but now after some training our team knows exactly what they need access too while working together online or offline from anywhere around the world!! Also love being able to see progress visually instead just numbers as well which makes us feel more confident about where things are going before starting tasks/projects.
