If you only have one monitor with a DisplayPort input, this is ideal for your needs. However. DP standard 1.2 and above makes it very possible to split 1 DP output into 2 signals for extended display. Unfortunately, the DP output for this box means you can't split the signal or convert it to another format like HDMI. a monitor This device is not for you. Note to seller: at this price point this is ridiculous given the DP standard. Such a technical device and such an expensive device will only appeal to those who have the money and know-how to work with two or more monitors.
