The bike seat fits perfectly thanks to the adjustable drawstrings. My grandson loves the padded seat as he complained about not being able to ride the bike for long due to the very hard plastic seat that came with his new bike. He learned to ride it the second time he tried it after getting a new gel seat cushion cover and still hasn't stopped. He's a very active boy and the seat seems to be handling his energy well. I let him choose the seat he preferred after seeing her in line and he chose this one because of the gel padding and seems very happy now.
