Pros-Fat A firm pillow that should be comfortable for hours on end - Mesh back that should stay cool - Lumbar support and back support are great - Non-adjustable so no moving parts can break - Well reinforced plastic construction rather than flimsy metal. Cons - The seat is too high. The top of the seat is 21 inches off the ground; in comparison, my dining room chairs (their pillows give a lot more than this pillow) are 19 inches off the floor; so I'm probably sitting in this chair 3 inches off the floor; I'm 5'10" but I need a 3-4" footrest to use this chair on my computer. It works great for me (with footrest) but only someone of exceptional height will be comfortable using this chair for general use as it is at the top of the range. - I would like this model to be available with a mesh seat instead of a cushion. My feeling is that the chair was designed with a thinner cushion and that they chose to make the cushion thicker, raising the top of the cushion relative to the floor and lumbar support. The chair isn't adjustable (which should be obvious) so there's no way to lower the cushion. expect. - A smaller person needs a larger footrest. - Someone who prefers very high lumbar support may need to look elsewhere
