Review on ๐Ÿšด CamelBak Womenโ€™s Magic Bike Hydration Pack - Stay Hydrated on Your Rides with Magnetic Tube Trap - 70 oz, Black by Philip Lindsey

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Perfect flat lightweight bike backpack

I bought this small hydration pack for cycling and it's perfect for those who want to go light on short trips with a few extras (plus water of course) but without as much bulk and weight that affects the ride. Like most CamelBaks, it has one main bladder compartment (little room for anything else). The front pocket looks small from the outside but is surprisingly roomy. You can probably fit a raincoat or compression puffer jacket in it, but it's best for things like iPhones, energy bars, etc. There are also smaller mesh side pockets that are larger than a real iPhone. Perfect for phones or energy bars or even a bike tool or spare inner tube. To be clear the storage space is minimal but in my opinion it has everything you need for day trips. Fit and design are excellent. I grew up wearing CamelBak mules and they are similar but smaller. It feels comfortable and unobtrusive on the back and the venting provides enough ventilation to keep the shirt from sweating. The straps are easy to adjust and the extra straps can be rolled up and secured with Velcro to keep them from dangling. The buckles are easy to use yet durable. The color is pleasant. As with all CamelBaks, the design of the tank, hose and spout is first class (and has improved over the years too). Minimal leakage (if any), easy to clean, easy-to-close lid. All-round high quality. Honestly, I wouldn't follow the trail with any fakes. It's quite expensive for such a small package and bottle, but perfect for cycling and worth every penny in terms of comfort, quality and ease of use. I'm sure it will serve me for many years.
