I bought this chair on July 17th, 2021 and it was delivered on July 18th, 2021. chair, it just fell off my hip and my phone fell on the floor. I have attached photos for this complete breakdown. When the swivel clamp was riveted to the baseplate during manufacture, it appears that the rivet wasn't long enough to be crimped properly, or it wasn't crimped tight enough to form the edge that secures it to the baseplate, and it was worn out rivets of inferior metal. Also, I ordered the recommended size for my phone (MOTO G Stylus 2021) but the phone only fits in WITHOUT a shockproof case. With the lid on, it's too high for the magnets on the flap to align and hold securely. So if it swings too far towards the floor, the phone could slide out and fall on the floor. Not sure, maybe they sent the wrong size? I ordered the XL which "should" fit in a protective case for my phone. It looks really good but that's all I can say about it at the moment! I would give this product a ZERO rating but they won't let me post my review unless I hit a star. Valuation.
