Not waterproof. Do not use outdoors
After a quick shower, water got into both candles and the battery compartment rusted and corroded. I have dozens of outdoor candles and these are the only ones that have been water damaged. Outdoor candles that cannot withstand the weather are not suitable for outdoor use. Do not use these candles outdoors. If you plan to use them indoors, I would suggest trying another option as they are aesthetically inadequate for indoor use.
