Love this bag, wanted to keep it. It is well made from quality materials. I didn't like the following; The body is somewhat thick and has jagged ridges at each corner. Great for fall protection but bad for slipping easily into back pocket. Also, the protrusions have a habit of digging into your hand after you've held them for a while, which becomes surprisingly uncomfortable. Clamp it as it rotates so the phone rides horizontally, rises above the case's upper profile, and digs into your body when seated or leaning forward. The reason I returned it; The clip is missing a hook at the end to secure the phone in my situation. I have a heavier belt to work with and the clip hook is too small to grab. Twice my phone fell over the floor because something hit the case lightly and ripped it off the strap. I wanted to keep it because it was very valuable, but too much went wrong for me.
