Needs improvements but overall good!

The quality of these Cross Bars is great and packaging was exceptional. My only issue is that they are not easy to install and the instructions are really poor. These came with a wrench and it works fine but the moment you need to tighten up the screws the wrench gives out on you and can easily mess up the tread. Would like to see a better and more durable wrench. As for the instructions, they are so generic that you need to be very good at putting things together to figure them out and being a

Nice and durable Mounts

They came. The product is poor quality and doesn''t not hold the weight of most kayaks.. I installed them. They are great! I leave them on all the time and hold up so far 6 months in.

They are okay: my feedback

They were kind of a pain to install, the screws vibrated out I had to replace them and I used lock tight. They came with some rubber pieces that didn’t fit so I didn’t use them.

Item Arrived Broken, Awaiting Replacmeeby

The rear roof rack arrived damaged from the factory and had a number of fingerprints on it when I unboxed it. That's my feedback.

Broken lock in my review

Arrived broken. One of the locks arrived shattered and won't lock on. The rest were fine. Item was easy to install and fits my 2020 Grand Cherokee perfectly. Really hoping the one missing end won't cause me problems but you get what you pay for.

Good crossbars with fake locks.

Nice rack but why put four fake locks that are only turn buttons on it and waste the time sending 4! keys? A screw driver inserts and 'unlocks' them without breaking anything. lol

Inexpensive alternative to factory/name brand crossbars

Decent quality. I was skeptical at first but was pleasantly surprised with these crossbars. If you're looking for an alternative to the $300-$500 bars, these are a good option. This is not a paid/sponsored review!

Cross bars in my review

There is a rubber panel on top that has to be removed to tighten screws/bolts, the rubber did not come off easily and was quick to tear. Which makes it look bad. Directions are not as clear but once attached look good minus the torn rubber
