Good for little hands.
The plastic parts make cleaning difficult, but they make handling easier and more comfortable, especially for small hands. With this type of cutter, you deliberately do without the easy-to-clean part. So far we've only used them for playing clay, but they seem to be durable and great for actual cooking use.
