Affordable music on hold for business travelers
When I first bought it, it worked perfectly. Not the best sound, but it helped with the need for "music on hold". The problem after a month is that the sound, music and voice message are completely distorted. I've been trying to figure out how to fix this, but I haven't found a way. UPDATE: I received a call from Innovative Telecom to resolve the issue and they found the problem. It was a power source, not a machine. Music on hold now works properly. Thanks very much!
