My first impression was of disappointment due to the fact that the actual product looked nothing like the pictures. The photos gave the impression of heavy duty, durable, and a metallic like coloring. The actual phone case is made of cheap, brittle plastic; almost a typical "made in Taiwan" McDonalds toy. The screen protector was scratched when I removed it from the packaging and then when placing the case on my phone, Samsung Galaxy J7 Star 2018, the screen protector tore at the home button. My phone is smaller than the case so none of it fits securely and the screen protector does not seal out particles or moisture. This product is what I would expect if paying $5, not almost $20.
