Review on 🚴 Saris Stackable Climbing Blocks: Enhance Your Indoor Bike Training Experience by Keith Aluguvelli

Amazing device but newer options on the market

The Cycleops indoor exercise machine is a top quality product that works as it should. As other reviews have pointed out, this is more of a lifting block than a block that levels your bike in relation to your trainer. I'm not a huge fan of climbing as we ride flat or downhill 75% of the time and I'd prefer it to level the bike to replicate outdoor riding. In addition, 3 different heights can hardly be distinguished from each other without markings. However, if you pick it up and turn it over, you can see slight elevation changes. My wife recently received a non-competition ban (photos attached) which addressed many of my minor ailments. The PTO block is a similar three-way design, but functions more like a riser-type leveling block. The 3 different sides have a lot more clearance than the Cycleops sarees, which is preferable for a more expensive block. Another interesting feature of the KOM block is the meshed handles (see image). Although this block is massive, it tends to slide a lot, but the webbed grips on the blue block make it sturdy. I really can't go wrong with either, but if I had to pick one again it would be the newer KOM Cycling unit as it performs better and looks better aesthetically.
