No trial version 3.) Not much customization options 4.). Very less documentation5). Support team might be slow at times 6). Might need more training if you are newbie7). Harder than expected learning curve8 ). You will require certain skill sets9). If planning to work from home then better go offline mode10 ) Highly recommend people who have good knowledge related to database11.) Easy integration option12.
