I have another electric mop but I bought this one for my fiancé. This one is way more powerful than mine, it drags you so much. Wiper nozzles are good, washable and can be replaced if necessary. It's a little difficult to fill (as you can see in my video), the hole where you pour the liquid is quite small. If you have sensitive hands this might not be a problem for you, but if you spill something like I did, at least you can wipe it off easily. I also found it interesting that the pen communicates wirelessly with the base. You install batteries in the handle to communicate with the base, which has a rechargeable battery. This way you replace the batteries in the pens (they are triple A) after sufficient use. Anything can be mixed into the mop - just dilute the cleaner with water and pour in.
